In order to ensure high-quality professional service, the Federation requires its accredited members to obtain a university degree, to accept the code of ethics, to pass a professional examination and to receive annual continuing education to practice their profession under the term accredited kinesiologist.
Having met all these requirements, the Federation grants the accredited member a confirmation of practice (membership number) as an accredited kinesiologist ensuring, among other things, the right to issue receipts for various insurance companies.

The mission of the Quebec Kinesiologist Federation is to promote the interests of its members while ensuring their skills through a system of accreditation and continuing education. The Federation also meets the need for protection of the general public by providing access to the network of accredited kinesiologists in Quebec.
VISION
The Quebec Kinesiologist Federation, through its services to members and promotion of their interests, aims to have kinesiologist be recognized as a health professional, who specializes in physical activity and that uses movement for prevention, treatment and performance.
The Federation provides the public with an easy-to-use online directory that allows the public to obtain professional services in physical activity.
